Pool Party Zac

Pool Party Zac completely changes how his abilities feel compared to other Zac skins, and I've been spamming it for about 55 games now as someone who owns most of his collection. The Q stretch feels way smoother than base skin, almost like the water animation makes the tether more visible during teamfights. His E shadow is probably the biggest difference though, showing this clean pool splash that makes landing on enemies feel more satisfying than SKT T1 Zac's standard blob shadow.

The bounce on his ult creates these water ripples that actually help me track where I'm going better than Special Weapon Zac ever did. During a baron fight yesterday, I could perfectly see my landing zones through all the spell effects because the pool splashes cut through the visual noise. And his passive blobs look like little water balloons that somehow feel easier to collect, though that might just be mental since I'm pretty sure the hitboxes are identical.

Compared to Battlecast Zac which used to be my go-to, Pool Party just feels less clunky overall. The W explosion has this satisfying splash that makes last hitting cannon minions oddly therapeutic. Is Pool Party Zac worth it at 1350 RP? If you're a Zac main who plays him regularly, absolutely. The visual clarity alone during messy dragon fights makes it borderline pay-to-win, especially when you're trying to land max range Es through river walls.

My experience with Pool Party Zac convinced me to refund Special Weapon. The skin aged incredibly well since release and still looks fresh in 2024. Should you buy Pool Party Zac over his other options? For Zac mains, it's the best purchase you'll make.
