Got Pool Party Sett from a chest last week and wasn't expecting much since I usually rock Obsidian Dragon. After about 35 games though, this skin completely changed my mind about what a good Sett skin should feel like.
The W animation feels way cleaner than base or even Obsidian Dragon. You can actually see the shield buildup better with that blue water effect, and the haymaker has this satisfying splash that makes timing it easier. His E stun looks more obvious too with the water rings, which helps in teamfights when everything gets chaotic. But what really sold me was using R during a dragon fight yesterday. I grabbed their fed Jinx and the cannonball splash effect made it super clear where she'd land, letting my team perfectly chain CC. The ult probably feels 10% faster than base skin, though that might just be the smoother animation making it seem that way.
Compared to other Sett skins, Pool Party hits different. Obsidian Dragon looks cooler but Pool Party Sett's animations are less clunky, especially when you're trying to combo E into W quickly. The auto attacks feel more responsive too, which matters when you're trying to CS under tower or finish off a low HP enemy. Is Pool Party Sett worth it if you main him? Absolutely. It's not pay to win but the visual clarity gives you a slight edge, especially the W shield indicator.
For a skin I never planned on using, it's become my go to. The 1350 RP price seems fair considering how smooth everything feels. If you're on the fence about which Sett skin to grab, this one's actually insane value for improving your gameplay feel.
