Pharaoh Nidalee

After 55 games with Pharaoh Nidalee, I finally get why this skin stays under the radar compared to other Nidalee skins. The Egyptian theme actually works better than I expected, especially with how the spear animations feel slightly more responsive than base skin. Most people sleep on this one because it's an older release, but there's something satisfying about the golden effects that just hits different.

The spear toss feels cleaner with this skin, probably because the golden projectile stands out better against most map textures. Her cougar form W has this sand particle effect that makes landing on enemies feel more impactful, even if it's just visual. During a baron fight yesterday, I noticed my human form E actually seemed easier to track for my ADC who kept stepping on them perfectly. The heal animation has this subtle hieroglyph effect that's pretty satisfying when you're sustaining through poke. Compared to Bewitching Nidalee which I mained before, Pharaoh feels less cluttered visually, making it easier to focus on landing those crucial spears when someone's trying to CS under tower.

Is Pharaoh Nidalee worth it? For 520 RP, absolutely. It's not pay to win or anything insane, but the clearer animations genuinely help in teamfights where everything gets chaotic. The recall animation with the pyramid forming around you still looks good even after all these years. My experience with Pharaoh Nidalee convinced me to refund Dawnbringer just because this one feels more consistent. If you're looking to pop off on Nidalee without dropping big RP on her legendary skins, this is the sleeper pick that'll make enemies tilt when they realize they got diffed by an ancient Egyptian cat.
