After 55 games with Officer Vi, I'm convinced this skin changes how you mentally approach fights. The cleaner animation on her Q makes charging through minion waves feel way more precise than base Vi, and I swear the visual clarity helps me land more max range punches.
The E feels snappier too, probably because the police baton visual cues are easier to track than her regular gauntlets. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to chain my combo perfectly on their fed Jinx because I could actually see when my E reset proc'd through all the chaos. Project Vi might have flashier effects, but Officer Vi's simplicity is what makes it work. The ult lock on feels more responsive too, though that might just be the satisfying siren sound making me think I'm connecting faster.
Is Officer Vi worth it compared to other Vi skins? For 975 RP it's not the most exciting purchase visually, but the practical benefits are real. Been maining Vi since season 8 and owned Warring Kingdoms forever, but Officer became my go to after realizing how much the visual clarity helps in teamfights. Not exactly pay to win, but there's definitely an advantage when you can track your abilities better in messy situations.
My experience with Officer Vi convinced me that sometimes the older, simpler skins are better for climbing. If you're serious about Vi and want every edge you can get, this one's worth grabbing. Just don't expect to wow anyone in champ select since it looks pretty basic compared to her newer stuff. But once you start popping off with those crisp animations, nobody's gonna care what your skin looks like.
