Officer Caitlyn

Picked this up with leftover RP after a tilting loss streak, and honestly Officer Caitlyn became my go-to skin for climbing back. After around 55 games, I can confidently say this 975 RP skin hits different compared to other Caitlyn skins, especially when you need that mental reset.

The auto attack animation feels way cleaner than base Caitlyn, making CS'ing smoother during laning phase. Her Q charges up with this satisfying blue glow that's easier to track in teamfights, and the net feels more responsive when you need those quick E-Flash combos. But what really sold me was during a baron fight last week where I could actually see my trap placements clearly through all the chaos. Landed a perfect triple trap setup that caught their fed Yasuo trying to flank, something I probably would've messed up on Pulsefire where the traps blend into the ground effects. The ult laser sight is super crisp too, though the sound effect is maybe a bit loud when you're popping off multiple shots.

Comparing it to Arcade Caitlyn which I mained before, Officer just feels less clunky overall. The simpler effects actually help with clarity, and there's something about the police siren on her recall that gets me hyped for the next teamfight. Not gonna lie, the skin itself looks pretty dated graphically, but mechanically it's basically pay-to-win for trap visibility alone. Is Officer Caitlyn worth it if you're serious about climbing with her? Absolutely. The visual clarity improvements make those clutch plays way more consistent, and at 975 RP it's better value than most of her flashier options.
