Grabbed Nightbringer Lee Sin from a chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much since I'm usually running Muay Thai or God Fist. After about 50 games though, this skin completely changed my mind about what makes a good Lee skin.
The Q feels insanely smooth compared to other Lee Sin skins. That second Q activation has this dark trail effect that makes it easier to track in teamfights, and the E animation is probably the cleanest I've seen on any Lee skin. Where God Fist feels heavy and chunky, Nightbringer flows like water. But what really sold me was using it in a baron pit fight yesterday. Enemy team stacked up, I ward hopped behind their ADC and the R kick animation was so clear that I could perfectly time my flash for the insec. The darker particles actually help you see the hitbox better than the bright yellow effects on base Lee.
Is Nightbringer Lee Sin worth it if you already own other skins? Maybe not if you're happy with Muay Thai, but the smoother animation cancels definitely give you an edge. The recall animation where he meditates with that dark energy is sick too. It's purely cosmetic advantage, not pay to win, but those cleaner animations help when you're trying to pop off. My experience with Nightbringer Lee Sin convinced me it's worth the 1350 RP if you play him regularly.
After maining Lee for three years, I'd rank this as his second best skin behind Muay Thai. The visual clarity alone makes those clutch plays feel more consistent, and that's worth way more than just looking cool.
