Got this from a chest and honestly wasn't expecting much since I usually run Dark Star or Warring Kingdoms on Jarvan IV. But after spamming it for like 30 games this week, this skin's actually grown on me way more than I thought it would. The whole mythical vibe with the golden armor and those clean particle effects makes you feel like you're playing a completely different champion.

The E-Q combo feels way smoother compared to other Jarvan IV skins, and I swear the flag drop animation is cleaner which makes it easier to hit those clutch escapes when you're getting chased through river after a failed gank attempt. In teamfights when you ult their backline, the golden cage effect is super clear for both teams which can be good or bad depending on how fed you are. Since this is a Special skin, you can't just grab it with RP whenever you want, it's only available through crafting or special events which kinda tilted me at first. The recall animation where he plants the flag and does that pose is prolly the cleanest recall in his whole skin collection tho.

Is Mythmaker Jarvan IV worth it if you manage to get it? Definitely not pay to win or anything, but the smoother animations do make combos feel more responsive especially when you're trying to pop off in ranked. My experience with Mythmaker Jarvan IV has been surprisingly positive even though I didn't choose to get it myself. Not essential but definitely nice to have if you play him regularly and want something that feels different from base without being too flashy like Hextech.
