Master Chef Tahm Kench

Been spamming Master Chef Tahm Kench for about 55 games now and honestly, this skin completely changes how the champion feels compared to other Tahm Kench skins. The tongue lash animation is way smoother than base skin, making it easier to land those clutch devours in teamfights. Where Coin Emperor feels clunky with its golden effects, Master Chef has this satisfying splat sound when you Q someone that just makes CSing and poking more enjoyable.

The W devour is probably the best part though. Watching enemies disappear into that giant cooking pot while the chef hat bounces around never gets old. I had this insane dragon fight where I ate their fed ADC right as they flashed in, and the cooking timer visual made it super clear when they'd pop out. My teammates actually knew exactly when to position for the spit. The ult channel with him stirring the pot and those ingredient particles flying everywhere makes roaming feel less like a chore and more like you're about to serve up some serious plays.

Compared to Arcana Tahm which I mained before this, Master Chef actually has cleaner animation cancels on the auto attacks after Q. The spatula auto attacks feel more responsive than the mystical orbs from Arcana. And that recall where he's cooking and tasting everything is pure comedy gold when you're tilted from a bad trade. Worth the 975 RP if you play him regularly, though it's purely cosmetic with no actual advantage.

Is Master Chef Tahm Kench worth it? For support mains who want their champion to feel fresh again, absolutely. Just don't expect it to make you suddenly int less when you greed for those hero devours.
