Masquerade Evelynn

Bought Masquerade Evelynn during a losing streak when I needed something to lift my mood, and honestly this skin hits different than I expected. After around 55 games with it, I can confidently say it's one of those skins that grows on you the more you play it. The whole ballroom aesthetic might seem weird for a demon assassin, but there's something satisfying about deleting squishies while looking like you just stepped out of a fancy party.

The Q feels smoother to spam compared to base Evelynn, and I swear the animation makes it easier to last hit when you're forced to CS early. Her E has this elegant twirl that somehow makes the empowered version feel more responsive when you're trying to burst down a fed ADC. But what really sells this skin is the ult animation with those golden effects and the masquerade mask appearing overhead. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to hit a three man ult and the visual clarity was actually insane compared to something like Shadow Evelynn where everything blends into purple chaos.

Is Masquerade Evelynn worth it compared to other Evelynn skins? It's purely cosmetic but the cleaner animations genuinely help with timing your combos. The recall animation where she dances with the mask is probably the best part, though you won't see it much if you're constantly hunting for picks. At 520 RP it's actually great value considering how polished everything feels. I'd recommend it over Tango or Safecracker any day, especially if you want something that stands out without being too flashy. Perfect for Evelynn mains who want elegance over edge.
