Masque of the Black Rose Samira

Grabbed Masque of the Black Rose Samira from a chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much since I usually run High Noon or Space Groove. After about 35 games though, this skin's grown on me way more than I thought it would. The gothic aesthetic hits different when you're styling on enemies, and there's something about the darker theme that makes her combos feel more satisfying.

The Q feels smoother to weave between autos compared to other Samira skins, especially when you're stacking style points in lane. Her E dash has this crisp animation that makes tower dives feel cleaner, and I swear the visual clarity helps me track my position better in teamfights. But what really stands out is the ult. The rose petals swirling around during Inferno Trigger look insane, and while it doesn't give any actual advantage, it definitely feels more responsive than base skin. Had this crazy dragon fight yesterday where I flashed into pit, instantly stacked S rank off their support and jungler, then popped ult. The whole animation just flows better, making it easier to track who's getting shredded in the chaos.

Compared to High Noon which I've mained forever, Masque of the Black Rose Samira feels less clunky overall. High Noon's got that satisfying gunslinger vibe, but this skin's animations are probably the cleanest she's got. It's purely cosmetic though, no pay to win advantages here. The exclusive nature makes it feel special when you load in, and enemy ADCs definitely notice when you're running it. Worth picking up if you can still get it, especially if you're tired of seeing the same three Samira skins every game.
