Marauder Olaf

Picked up Marauder Olaf from a chest last month and wasn't expecting much since I usually rock Pentakill or Brolaf. After about 40 games though, this skin completely changed how I approach teamfights with the Viking berserker.

The Q axe throw feels way more responsive than base Olaf, especially when you're chaining throws during your ult. Something about the darker axe model makes it easier to track in messy dragon fights too. I remember this one game where we were contesting third drake and their Jinx was getting fed. Popped ult and the clearer animation on Ragnarok made it obvious to my team I was going in, so they actually followed up instead of leaving me to int alone. The W attack speed buff has this subtle red glow that's less distracting than Pentakill's lightning effects, which honestly helps when you're trying to CS under tower early game.

Compared to other Olaf skins, Marauder sits in a weird spot. It's not as flashy as Dragonslayer but the animations feel cleaner for actual gameplay. The E true damage has this satisfying thud that makes last hitting cannons feel better, though maybe that's just me. And the recall animation where he sharpens his axes is pretty sick, definitely worth the 750 RP if you're an Olaf main looking for something that feels smooth without being too extra.

Is Marauder Olaf worth it? Probably not pay-to-win level but the visual clarity is noticeably better than base skin. If you already have Brolaf or Pentakill you can skip this one, but for anyone starting their Olaf skin collection or wanting something more serious looking, it's actually insane value.
