Major Ziggs

Picking up Major Ziggs after 55 games has completely changed how I approach teamfights with this yordle. As someone who owns most Ziggs skins, I wasn't expecting much from this military themed one, but the clarity improvements are actually insane compared to what I'm used to running.

The Q bounce feels way more responsive than base skin, and you can actually track where your bombs are going in messy dragon fights. Last night we were contesting soul and I could perfectly space my bouncing bombs between their ADC and support while they tried to poke from river bush. The E minefield has this satisfying deployment animation that makes it easier to time when enemies will actually get slowed, something that always felt unclear on skins like Snow Day. But the biggest difference is probably the ult indicator, which has cleaner edges that help you see exactly where the center damage will land. Battle Boss Ziggs might have cooler effects, but Major Ziggs gives you better visibility when things get chaotic.

Is Major Ziggs worth it compared to other Ziggs skins? For 975 RP, you're getting solid value if you care about gameplay clarity over flashy particles. The skin aged surprisingly well considering it's been around for years. My experience with Major Ziggs convinced me it's slightly pay to win in terms of visual clarity, especially when you're trying to CS while harassing in lane. The animations just feel less clunky overall.

If you're a Ziggs main who wants every edge in ranked, grab this during a sale. Otherwise Battle Boss or Arcanist offer more visual pop for your RP. But don't sleep on how clean this skin plays when you need to pop off and carry.
