Lunar Guardian Malphite

Picked this up after watching a streamer absolutely demolish with it and I gotta say, after around 50 games, Lunar Guardian Malphite might be the cleanest skin in his entire lineup. The particle effects on his Q actually make it easier to track in teamfights compared to base, and that's coming from someone who usually rocks Mecha Malphite for the clarity.

The W shield looks insane with that golden glow, but what really sold me is how the E feels more responsive than other skins. Maybe it's the animation, but I swear the ground slam registers faster, especially when you're trying to cancel autos in lane trades. Had a game yesterday where I tower dove their ADC and the ult literally looks like you're dropping a moon on them. The impact crater is probably the best part, way clearer than Shamrock or Coral Reef where sometimes enemies don't realize they're still knocked up. And the recall where he meditates with those floating rocks? Pure eye candy that never gets old.

Compared to other Malphite skins like Prestige or FPX, this one strikes the perfect balance between looking good and maintaining competitive clarity. The Q boulder is bright enough to track but not obnoxious like some of his older skins. Worth the 1350 RP if you play him regularly, though it's definitely just cosmetic, no actual pay-to-win advantages here.

Is Lunar Guardian Malphite worth it? For Malphite mains who want something that looks premium without sacrificing readability, absolutely. But if you're just picking him up occasionally when your team needs a tank, stick with base or grab something cheaper. This skin's for the dedicated rock enthusiasts who appreciate the little details.
