Lunar Eclipse Senna

An ancient knight long thought dead, freed from the Eclipse Cathedral's catacombs as Kayle began to stir from her ancient slumber. Senna now aids her knighthood against the new threat of the Coven, saving whoever she can from the resurrected Old Gods… though she remains ever vigilant, as the sun-eater's return is now inevitable.

Alright, after spamming around 80 games with Lunar Eclipse Senna, I can finally give you guys my honest take on whether this skin is worth grabbing. Coming from someone who owns True Damage and High Noon, this Eclipse skin hits different in the best way possible.

The Q feels insanely smooth compared to base Senna, with a cleaner animation that makes last hitting cannon minions way easier. Your W root has this dark purple effect that's actually harder for enemies to track in teamfights, which I've noticed tilts enemy ADCs who can't dodge it as well. The ult is where this skin really shines though. During a baron fight yesterday, I ulted from river bush and the enemy Yasuo literally walked into it because the shield portion blends with the Eclipse theme so well. It's not exactly pay to win, but there's definitely a slight clarity advantage on your side.

Compared to other Senna skins like True Damage, Lunar Eclipse feels more responsive when animation canceling your autos into Q. The auto attack sound is crisp and helps you track your souls better, especially when you're fed and machine gunning the enemy team. At 1350 RP it's not cheap, but the Eclipse series aesthetic makes it feel exclusive enough to justify the cost.

Is Lunar Eclipse Senna worth it? If you're a Senna main who values smooth gameplay over flashy effects, absolutely grab this. My experience with Lunar Eclipse Senna has been nothing but positive, and I'd probably recommend it over High Noon at this point. The skin won't make you pop off if you're inting, but it definitely makes the champion feel less clunky overall.
