Lunar Eclipse Leona

Bought Lunar Eclipse Leona after getting absolutely demolished by one in my promos last week, and after 50 games I can see why she's everywhere in high elo right now.

The E animation on this skin is probably the cleanest of all her skins, making those max range engages feel way more consistent than base Leona. Her Q feels snappier too, especially when you're weaving autos in lane trades. But the real game changer is the ult indicator being so much clearer for both you and your team. Yesterday in a dragon fight, my ADC actually followed up perfectly on my ult because the visual is just that much more obvious compared to something like Pool Party where the water effects can get lost in the chaos. The W explosion also has better visibility which helps when you're trying to maximize damage in those early all-ins.

Comparing this to my previous go-to Solar Eclipse, Lunar feels more responsive overall. Solar has that sick recall and the fire effects are insane, but Lunar's animations just flow better for actual gameplay. The shield bash cancel feels faster, though that might just be placebo after spamming games with it. Is Lunar Eclipse Leona worth it compared to other Leona skins? For support mains who want every advantage, absolutely. The cleaner animations alone make those clutch tower dives way more reliable.

This isn't pay-to-win but it's close enough that I'd recommend it to anyone serious about climbing with Leona. The visual clarity diff is real, and in a game where one missed E can ff your lane, every little bit helps.
