Picked up Leopard Nidalee from a mystery gift last week and honestly didn't expect much from this 520 RP skin. After around 40 games though, I'm actually surprised how clean it feels compared to base Nidalee. The spear toss animation feels more responsive somehow, like there's less wind-up before release. Maybe it's just me but landing those max range spears through fog feels easier.

The cougar form W pounce has this subtle animation difference that makes wall hops feel smoother. I was doing a dragon steal attempt yesterday and the cleaner animation helped me time my pounce perfectly over the pit wall, snagged drake and got out before their jungler could react. Her human form E heal doesn't have all those extra particle effects cluttering up teamfights either. Compared to something flashy like Cosmic Huntress, this skin keeps everything readable which is probably why I've been popping off more consistently.

Is Leopard Nidalee worth it? For the price, absolutely. It's not pay-to-win but the cleaner hitbox visuals on spear definitely help in lane trades when you're trying to thread it between minions. My experience with Leopard Nidalee has been way better than expected for what's basically a recolor. And compared to other Nidalee skins that cost triple the price, you're getting solid value here.

If you're a Nidalee main looking for something functional without the visual noise, grab this one. It won't tilt your wallet and the subtle improvements add up over time. Been winning way more lanes since swapping from Warring Kingdoms which felt a bit clunky on the transform animations.
