Lancer Rogue Blitzcrank

Got this skin from a chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much since I usually run iBlitzcrank for the cleaner animations. After about 35 games though, Lancer Rogue Blitzcrank completely changed my mind about what makes a good Blitz skin.

The Q feels insanely smooth compared to base skin, and I swear the hook animation is less clunky when you're trying to predict flash timings. His W speed boost has this subtle jet propulsion effect that actually helps me gauge when it's about to expire, something I never realized I needed until now. But the real game changer is the E knockup which feels more responsive than any other skin I've tried. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to flash E their fed Jinx perfectly because the windup is so clear that I could time it frame perfect with her Galeforce cooldown.

Compared to other Blitzcrank skins like Definitely Not or even the popular Space Groove, this one's purely cosmetic but somehow feels better to play. The darker color scheme doesn't give away your position in bushes as much as the brighter skins do, which probably saved me from getting caught out a few times already. At 1350 RP it's not cheap, but the Lancer theme with all those mechanical details makes it worth if you're playing Blitz regularly.

Is Lancer Rogue Blitzcrank worth it? If you're a support main who plays him more than occasionally, absolutely. The skin won't make you land more hooks, but it'll make the ones you do land feel way more satisfying. My experience with Lancer Rogue Blitzcrank convinced me to keep it as my main skin even though I own six others.
