La Ilusión Qiyana

Playing Qiyana since release and finally grabbed La Ilusión from a chest last week after around 35 games with it, this skin completely changes how her kit feels compared to other Qiyana skins. The VFX on this one are insane, especially when you're cycling through elements during teamfights.

Her Q feels way smoother to land with the cleaner animation windup, and I swear the projectile visibility helps me track it better in messy fights. The W element swap has this satisfying visual pop that makes it easier to confirm which element you grabbed, which matters when you're trying to combo fast. But the real difference is her ult, the shockwave is so much clearer than Battle Queen or True Damage. Had a dragon fight yesterday where I caught three people with an ice Q into river ult combo, and the visual clarity let me position the ult perfectly along the wall. With her base skin I probably would've whiffed that angle.

Compared to True Damage which I mained forever, La Ilusión Qiyana feels more responsive overall. The auto attack animation cancels are tighter, making it easier to weave autos between abilities when you're fed and trying to delete their ADC. Is La Ilusión Qiyana worth it though? For 1350 RP it's not exactly pay to win, but the visual clarity definitely gives you a slight edge in cluttered teamfights.

After testing it extensively, I'd say grab it if you're a Qiyana main who plays her regularly. The skin won't make you suddenly pop off if you can't pilot her, but if you already know her combos, this skin makes executing them feel way better. Maybe wait for a sale if you're not sure, but it's easily her best skin right now.
