Infernal Kennen

A playful spirit of fire, Kennen is not a malevolent being, but can't help igniting his surroundings while zipping about. His lightning quick movements wreak havoc upon any village unfortunate enough to entice the impish spirit to visit.

Picked up Infernal Kennen from a chest last month and wasn't expecting much since I'm usually running Blood Moon or Super Kennen. After about 50 games though, this skin completely changed how I approach teamfights with the yordle.

The Q feels way more responsive than base Kennen, probably because the fireball animation is cleaner and you can actually see when it connects through minion waves. But the real game changer is the ult. That fire tornado is so much easier to track in messy dragon fights compared to other Kennen skins. Last night I was getting collapsed on near baron pit, popped ult with zhonyas and my team instantly knew exactly where my lightning radius ended because those flame effects are insanely clear. We aced them off that one play. The W passive marks are super visible too, glowing orange instead of that weird purple, makes last hitting with it while harassing feel smoother.

Compared to other Kennen skins like Arctic Ops, Infernal just feels less clunky overall. The E animation when you're zooming around as a fireball actually matches your hitbox better, which matters when you're trying to dodge skillshots at the last second. Is Infernal Kennen worth it if you're buying with RP? At 1350 RP it's a bit steep, but the clarity advantage is real. This isn't just cosmetic, the visual improvements actually help you play better.

My experience with Infernal Kennen convinced me it's basically mandatory if you're serious about climbing with him. The skin won't make you suddenly pop off every game, but those small advantages add up when you're grinding ranked. Definitely worth grabbing if you main Kennen or even play him occasionally.
