After spamming around 80 games with High Noon Hecarim, I can confidently say this skin completely changes how the champion feels to play. The biggest difference compared to other Hecarim skins is how smooth the Q animation feels when you're clearing camps or stacking Conqueror in teamfights. Where Arcade Hecarim feels clunky with its rainbow effects everywhere, High Noon's cleaner animation makes it way easier to track your positioning when you're going ham in a 5v5.
The W actually gives you better visibility in chaotic fights since the orange glow stands out more than the base skin's purple mist. But the real game changer is the ult transformation into that flaming horse. During a baron fight yesterday, I ulted through their backline and the enemy Jinx literally flashed into our Blitzcrank because she couldn't tell exactly where my charge ended. The fire trail is insane but it's purely cosmetic advantage, not pay to win or anything. My experience with High Noon Hecarim has been that it just feels more responsive overall, especially when you're fed and zooming around at 600 movement speed.
Is High Noon Hecarim worth it? At 1350 RP it's probably the best value skin in his collection right now. Elderwood looks outdated, Cosmic is too flashy, and Worldbreaker's sounds get annoying after a while. High Noon hits that sweet spot of looking sick without being distracting. If you're a Hecarim main who wants one skin that won't tilt you after hundreds of games, this is it. The western theme might seem cringe at first but once you pop off with it, you'll never go back to base skin.
