Heavenscale Ezreal

Alright so after 70+ games with Heavenscale Ezreal, I gotta say this skin completely changed how I play him compared to other Ezreal skins. The Q feels way more responsive than Battle Academia, and that's coming from someone who owns literally every skin except Pulsefire. Something about the projectile speed just feels different even though I know it's probably all in my head.

The W+E combo has cleaner animation cancels that actually matter when you're trying to burst someone down in lane. Last night I was getting zoned hard by a Caitlyn until I realized the E blink particle is less obvious than Star Guardian's bright trail, letting me surprise her with an all in at level 6. And speaking of the ult, the charging sound is quieter which definitely caught a few people off guard when I sniped them from fog. The recall is honestly cringe but good, with him doing this whole celestial meditation thing that takes forever but at least looks sick when you're flexing after a pentakill.

Is Heavenscale Ezreal worth it though? For 1350 RP it's not exactly cheap, but my experience with Heavenscale Ezreal has been mostly positive. The skin isn't pay to win or anything, but those smoother cancels do make a difference when you're fed and trying to pop off. I'd recommend it over Porcelain or Psyops for sure, maybe even over Cafe Cuties if you care more about clarity than aesthetics. But if you already have Battle Academia or Star Guardian and you're happy with those, you can probably skip this one unless you're collecting the whole Heavenscale set.
