Heartseeker Yuumi

Got this skin from a chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much since I mainly run Battle Principal. After about 50 games though, Heartseeker Yuumi has become my go-to pick when I need that extra edge in ranked.

The Q feels way more responsive compared to other Yuumi skins, especially when you're trying to thread it through minions during early trades. Her W attach animation is noticeably smoother too, which matters more than you'd think when you're hopping between teammates in a messy dragon fight. I remember this one game where we were getting collapsed on at third drake and I needed to bounce between our jungler and ADC constantly. The cleaner animation actually helped me time my heals better and we somehow turned the whole thing around. The ult projectile waves are easier to track as well, which helps both you and your team understand the root zones.

Compared to Battle Principal which I used for probably 200 games before this, Heartseeker just feels less clunky overall. Battle Principal has that cool tech aesthetic but the ability visuals can get lost in teamfights. With Heartseeker everything pops more against the rift. Is Heartseeker Yuumi worth it if you're buying at 1350 RP? Maybe not if you already own Bewitching, but for anyone looking at their first premium Yuumi skin this one's solid.

It's purely cosmetic advantage wise, but the visual clarity alone makes it worth for anyone who plays her regularly. My experience with Heartseeker Yuumi convinced me that sometimes the right skin just makes the champ click better, even if it's all in your head.
