Haunting Nocturne

Bought this skin after getting absolutely destroyed by a Nocturne who made my ADC rage quit, and honestly it's been worth every bit of the 975 RP. My experience with Haunting Nocturne over the last month has completely changed how I approach ganks, and I'm probably biased but this feels way smoother than base Nocturne.

The Q trail feels cleaner when you're chasing through jungle, and I swear the fear tether on E is easier to track in teamfights. But what really sold me is how the ult feels when you pop it. That ghostly screen effect actually helps me track enemies better during the paranoia, especially when you're diving into a dragon pit with everyone stacked up. Last night I caught their fed Jinx trying to recall behind baron pit because the spectral trail made it super obvious where she was pathing. And compared to Eternum Nocturne which I used for around 100 games before this, Haunting just feels less clunky when animation canceling your passive auto into Q.

Is Haunting Nocturne worth it compared to other Nocturne skins? For me absolutely. The W spell shield has this crisp ghostly pop that makes timing it against stuff like Lux bindings way easier, though maybe that's just me getting better at the champ. It's definitely not pay to win or anything, but those small visual improvements add up when you're trying to carry from jungle. If you're a Nocturne main looking for something that feels good without breaking the bank, this skin hits different. Just don't expect it to fix your clear speed if you're still learning the champ.
