Haunted Zyra

Picked this up after seeing a streamer absolutely dominate with it and I'm around 40 games deep now. Haunted Zyra completely changes how her abilities feel compared to the base skin, especially her E which has this ghostly trail that makes it way easier to track in messy teamfights. The Q feels snappier too with the tombstone animation, and I swear the plant targeting feels more responsive than Dragon Sorceress which I mained before.

The real difference shows during dragon fights when everyone's spamming abilities. Last night we were contesting third drake and their fed Yasuo tried to dive our backline through river. My ult popped off with that sick coffin animation and the knockup was so clear that our Jhin instantly knew when to follow up. We turned what should've been a lost fight into a clean ace. The haunted plants with their purple glow stand out way better in river compared to other skins where they blend into the terrain.

Is Haunted Zyra worth it compared to other Zyra skins? Absolutely, but not for the reasons you'd think. It's not pay to win exactly, but the cleaner animations on her E root and ult knockup give you better visual feedback on whether you landed your combo. Dragon Sorceress looks cooler but Haunted just plays better. The recall animation where she rises from the grave is probably the best in her collection too. And the voice filter actually sounds creepy instead of trying too hard like some Halloween skins.

For support mains who spam Zyra, this skin will make those clutch catches feel more satisfying. The 1350 RP price tag seems fair considering how much clearer everything reads in teamfights.
