Been rocking Gentleman Cho'Gath for around 150 games now after picking it up during a losing streak when I needed something to lift my mood. This skin completely changes how the void monster feels in game, and honestly it's probably the most satisfying Cho'Gath experience you can get right now.
The Q rupture gets this elegant ground crack effect that's actually cleaner than base skin, making it easier to land those crucial knockups during dragon fights. Your E vorpal spikes look way more refined with the cane swings, and the animation feels more responsive when last hitting. But the real winner is the ult animation where he literally eats enemies with proper table manners while saying "nom nom nom" in that British accent. Last week I was getting dove under tower by a fed Yasuo and the sheer tilt factor of dying to a top hat wearing void creature made him int for the rest of the game.
Compared to other Cho'Gath skins like Dark Star, Gentleman trades cosmic effects for pure class. Dark Star might have flashier visuals but Gentleman's animations are smoother overall, especially when animation canceling your abilities. The skin is purely cosmetic though, no pay to win advantages here. At 1820 RP it's definitely on the expensive side but if you're a Cho main who wants to pop off in style, it's worth every penny.
Is Gentleman Cho'Gath worth it? If you play him regularly and want the best feeling skin with insane BM potential, absolutely grab it. The combination of smooth animations and hilarious voice lines makes even boring farm lanes entertaining. Just be ready for enemies to focus you harder because nobody wants to lose to a distinguished void creature.
