Been maining Janna for three seasons now with around 500k mastery points, and I finally grabbed Fnatic Janna during the last Your Shop discount. Honestly wasn't expecting much from this 750 RP skin since it's from 2011, but after spamming it for about 55 games, I've got some thoughts worth sharing with anyone considering it.

The tornado feels way cleaner to cast compared to base Janna or even Sacred Sword. There's something about the animation that makes the charge-up more visible, which actually helped me land more knockups in teamfights. Her shield looks super crisp too, with that orange glow that pops off way better than the standard blue bubble. But the ult is where things get weird in a good way. The healing circle has this distinct orange border that makes it easier to see who's actually getting healed during those messy dragon fights. Just yesterday I saved our fed ADC from a tower dive because I could instantly tell they were barely inside my ult range, something I probably would've missed on Star Guardian where everything blends together.

Is Fnatic Janna worth it compared to other Janna skins? For the price, absolutely. It's not flashy like Bewitching or smooth like Battle Queen, but there's something satisfying about the simplicity. The skin aged surprisingly well for being this old, and I think the cleaner visuals actually give you a tiny advantage in cluttered teamfights. No crazy particle effects means less visual noise when you're trying to track cooldowns and position properly.

If you're a Janna main looking for something different, grab it next time it's available. Maybe not a day one purchase at full price, but definitely worth picking up on sale.
