Empyrean Zac

Borrowed my buddy's account last week to help him climb out of Gold, and honestly wasn't expecting much from his Empyrean Zac skin collection. After about 35 games though, this skin completely changed how I play the blob. The cosmic purple aesthetic is sick, but what really got me was how much cleaner the animation cancels feel compared to base Zac.

The E feels way more responsive when you're charging it up, and I swear the indicator is clearer for both you and enemies. Had this insane dragon fight where I could perfectly time my engage because the visual tells are just better. Your passive blobs glow with this purple energy that makes them easier to track in messy teamfights, which probably saved me from inting at least five times. And the ult transformation actually looks threatening now instead of just bouncing around like green jello. Compared to Pool Party Zac which I main on my account, Empyrean just feels less clunky overall.

Is Empyrean Zac worth it? For 1350 RP, you're getting more than just a reskin. The W slam has this satisfying cosmic impact that makes last hitting cannons feel better, and the Q stretch looks way cooler with the starry effects. It's not quite pay to win, but the visual clarity definitely helps in ranked. My experience with Empyrean Zac convinced me to grab it when I got back on my main.

If you're a Zac main or even just play him occasionally, this skin is worth considering. The Empyrean theme fits his kit perfectly, and compared to other Zac skins, this one offers the best mix of style and subtle gameplay advantages.
