DRX Ashe

Got the DRX Ashe skin from a chest last week and wasn't expecting much since I usually rock High Noon or PROJECT. After about 35 games though, this skin's grown on me way more than I thought it would. The white and blue color scheme with those clean geometric patterns just hits different, especially compared to other Ashe skins that feel way busier.

The auto attacks feel insanely smooth, probably the cleanest animation canceling I've experienced on Ashe. Her Q activation has this subtle glow that makes it easier to track when Ranger's Focus is up without staring at your buff bar. But what really sold me was the ult clarity. During a baron fight yesterday, I threaded my arrow through three teammates and the enemy support actually flashed early because the projectile looks slightly bigger than it actually is. The W volley has this crisp sound that's super satisfying when you're poking in lane, and I swear it feels more responsive than base Ashe when you're trying to CS and harass at the same time.

Is DRX Ashe worth it if you're thinking about buying? Honestly yeah, especially if you play her regularly. It's not pay to win or anything, but the cleaner animations definitely help with kiting. My experience with DRX Ashe compared to PROJECT is that it's less flashy but way more functional. PROJECT has cooler effects but DRX just feels better to play with. The exclusive nature makes it feel special too, knowing it celebrates their Worlds win.

If you main Ashe or play her even semi regularly, grab this while you can. The visual clarity alone makes it worth over something like Fae Dragon that's pretty but cluttered.
