Been maining Nasus for three seasons with over 500k mastery points, and honestly Dreadknight might be the most underrated skin in his collection. After spamming it for around 100 games, I can confidently say it's become my go-to over Infernal and even Lunar Guardian.
The Q animation feels significantly smoother compared to base Nasus, especially when you're stacking early game. Where I really notice the difference is during those crucial level 6 all-ins when you pop ult and ghost. The cleaner animation on Dreadknight makes it easier to weave in autos between Q resets, and the W particle is way more visible in teamfights. Just yesterday I was defending an inhib turret 1v3, and the improved clarity on my E helped me position it perfectly under their fed Jinx while I bonked their Yasuo to death. The ult form looks absolutely insane too, giving you that proper raid boss feeling when you're running down their backline.
Compared to other Nasus skins like Worldbreaker, Dreadknight just feels more responsive overall. The auto attack animation doesn't have that weird windup, and CS'ing under tower feels butter smooth. It's purely cosmetic, no pay-to-win advantages, but the visual clarity improvements make it worth the 975 RP if you're serious about climbing with the dog. My experience with Dreadknight Nasus has been nothing but positive, and the intimidation factor when you show up to lane probably tilts at least half your opponents before minions even spawn.
Is Dreadknight Nasus worth it? If you play him regularly, absolutely. But if you're just looking for a flashy skin to use once in a while, maybe grab Infernal instead for the same price.
