Djinn Malzahar

Saved up for months to finally grab Djinn Malzahar and after 120 games with it, I'm ready to share my experience with Djinn Malzahar for anyone on the fence. The skin transforms the void prophet into this mystical genie that honestly feels smoother than base Malzahar in every way.

The Q feels cleaner when you're trying to CS under tower and the voidlings actually pop out faster visually, making it easier to track them in teamfights. His E spread animation has this purple smoke effect that's way more visible than Shadow Prince's darker particles, which I used to main. But the ult is where this skin really shines. During a baron fight yesterday, I caught their fed Jinx and the tether beam was so clear that my jungler knew exactly who to smite-steal around. The smoother cancel on R probably saved me from getting one-shot by their Zed at least three times this week.

Is Djinn Malzahar worth it compared to other Malzahar skins? Absolutely. The 520 RP price point makes it accessible while still giving you that premium feel. It's not pay-to-win but the visual clarity definitely helps in clutch moments. I've tried Beezahar and Snow Day but keep coming back to Djinn because the animations just feel more responsive, especially when you need to kite backwards while throwing out abilities.

For anyone who plays Malz regularly, this skin will make your games feel better. The purple and gold aesthetic never gets old and you'll actually notice the difference in how smooth your combos feel. Worth every RP I saved up.
