Definitely Not Udyr

Picked this up from a mystery chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much since I main Spirit Guard. After about 40 games though, this skin completely changed my mind about what a joke skin can be.

The bear stance feels way smoother than base Udyr and even some of his pricier options. That paw swipe animation is cleaner and I swear the stun connects faster when you're chasing down that fed ADC. Phoenix stance with the chicken wings actually makes it easier to see your AoE range, which sounds dumb but it's helped me position better in teamfights. And turtle stance? The shell visual is probably the clearest shield indicator Udyr has. During a baron fight yesterday, I could instantly tell when my shield dropped because that turtle shell disappears so obviously compared to Spirit Guard's subtle glow fade.

Compared to other Udyr skins like Dragon Oracle, Definitely Not actually gives better visual clarity despite being a meme. Dragon Oracle looks sick but the stance swaps blend together when you're spamming them. This skin makes each form pop off distinctly with the animal costumes. The recall animation where he trips over the costume is cringe but good, and the voice lines are hilarious without being distracting. It's purely cosmetic, not pay to win, but the clearer animations genuinely help in clutch moments.

Is Definitely Not Udyr worth it? For 975 RP, absolutely. My experience with Definitely Not Udyr proved that sometimes the goofiest skins offer the best gameplay feel. If you're an Udyr main tired of the serious skins or just want something that'll tilt enemies while giving you solid visual feedback, grab this one. Worth every RP.
