✨ Ranked Ready High MMR Accounts Restocked
Grabbed Debonair Ezreal from a chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much since I'm usually running Battle Academia or Pulsefire. After about 40 games though, this skin's grown on me way more than I thought it would.
The Q feels noticeably smoother than base Ezreal and even some of his pricier skins. Where I really notice the difference is during extended trades in lane when you're weaving autos between Qs. The animation cancel on his E blink feels cleaner too, which probably saved me from getting hooked by Blitzcrank at least three times already. His W doesn't have that weird delay feeling that Frosted Ezreal has, and the projectile's easier to track when you're trying to proc it with your ult across the map. Speaking of ult, had a dragon fight yesterday where the enemy team was stacked in river and the ult animation was clear enough that I could perfectly time it with our Orianna's shockwave for a nasty wombo combo.
Compared to other Ezreal skins like Arcade or Star Guardian, Debonair sits in this weird spot where it's not flashy but everything just works better. The auto attack animation is probably the cleanest out of all his skins, making CS'ing feel less clunky especially under tower. It's definitely not pay to win but there's something about the visual clarity that makes skillshots easier to land.
Is Debonair Ezreal worth it if you're looking to buy? For 750 RP it's actually insane value considering how smooth everything feels. My experience with Debonair Ezreal convinced me it's one of those sleeper good skins that won't tilt you with weird animations. Mains should definitely consider picking this up next time it's in Your Shop.
