Dark Cosmic Lissandra

After spamming around 80 games with Dark Cosmic Lissandra this month, I can finally give you guys my honest take on whether this skin is worth grabbing. The cosmic aesthetic completely transforms how her abilities feel in game, and I'm actually shocked more people aren't talking about the technical improvements over base Lissandra.

The Q projectile feels noticeably cleaner with its purple cosmic trail, making it way easier to track in messy teamfights. Her W has this satisfying cosmic explosion that somehow makes the root feel more responsive than on Bloodstone or Program. But the real game changer is her ult animation. The cosmic vortex effect has better visibility than any other Lissandra skin, and I swear the self cast feels faster even though it's probably just visual. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to perfectly time my ult to dodge a Zed combo purely because the wind up was so clear compared to other Lissandra skins I've used.

Compared to Coven Lissandra which used to be my go to, Dark Cosmic just hits different. The E claw is maybe the only ability that doesn't feel massively upgraded, but even that has a smoother cancel animation when you need to reposition quickly. At 1350 RP it's definitely not just a cosmetic upgrade. The clarity improvements alone make CSing and trading feel less clunky, especially if you're learning her.

Is Dark Cosmic Lissandra worth it? If you're serious about maining her or already have decent games on her, absolutely grab it. The visual clarity gives you a legitimate edge in teamfights, and once you get used to it, going back to base or cheaper skins feels like inting your own gameplay.
