Cutpurse Twisted Fate

Picked up Cutpurse Twisted Fate from a chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much from this 750 RP skin. After about 40 games though, I'm actually shocked at how clean it feels compared to base TF. The whole pirate aesthetic hits different when you're running down bot lane, and there's something about the animations that just feels more responsive than I expected from an older skin.

The Q animation feels way smoother to cancel compared to base, which matters a ton when you're trying to CS under tower or poke during trades. His W cycle has this subtle card flip that's easier to track, and I swear the gold card feels faster to lock in, though that's probably just me being biased. But the real difference is his ult. The eye animation is cleaner and the teleport circle is slightly more visible in river fights. Had this insane dragon fight yesterday where I ulted behind their fed Jinx, and the teleport clarity actually helped me position better than I would've with Underworld TF, which I mained for like 150 games before this.

Is Cutpurse Twisted Fate worth it compared to other Twisted Fate skins? For the price, absolutely. It's not pay to win or anything crazy, but the smoother animations genuinely help with combos. High Noon and Pulsefire are obviously flashier, but Cutpurse has aged surprisingly well for a skin from the Bilgewater Burning Tides event. The recall animation alone where he flips coins is worth, and the AA animation feels less clunky than most of his cheaper skins. If you're looking to grab a TF skin without breaking the bank, this one's actually insane value.
