Crime City Jinx

Known by state police as “La Principessa,” Jinx is an unhinged hitwoman with loose ties to the Graves crime family. Sent into rival businesses as a figurative time bomb, the slightest offense will trigger one of her jubilant rampages, with body counts as high as the ceiling.

Bought Crime City Jinx after seeing it dominate my games for weeks straight, and after 120 matches with this skin, I'm convinced it's one of her best releases yet. The mafia aesthetic completely transforms her chaotic personality into something more calculated and menacing, making every play feel like you're running the underground crime scene in Piltover.

The abilities feel noticeably different from base Jinx and even Star Guardian. Her Q swap between Pow-Pow and Fishbones has this satisfying metallic click that's way cleaner than default, and I swear the animation cancel feels more responsive when kiting. W skillshot has better visibility with that purple tracer, making it easier to land through minion waves. But the real game changer is her ult. That massive crime boss car replacing the rocket makes dragon steals so much easier to time since you can see exactly when it's gonna hit. Just yesterday I stole baron from fog because the car model is easier to track than her regular rocket. The E chompers look like little bear traps which blend better with the rift compared to her bright blue defaults, probably giving a slight advantage in teamfights.

Compared to other Jinx skins like Odyssey or PROJECT, Crime City actually feels less clunky during extended fights. The auto attack animations are smoother, especially when you're fed and hitting that 2.5 attack speed cap. Is Crime City Jinx worth it for the 975 RP? If you're a Jinx main who wants both style and slight competitive edges, absolutely. The skin isn't completely pay-to-win but those cleaner animations and better visual clarity on abilities definitely help during intense teamfights. My experience with Crime City Jinx has been nothing but positive, and I'd recommend grabbing it next time it's available.
