Cosmic Paladin Sion

Picked this up from a chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much since I usually rock Mecha Zero or base skin. After about 35 games though, Cosmic Paladin Sion completely changed how I approach teamfights.

The Q charge feels way smoother than other skins, especially compared to Hextech where the windup sometimes feels sticky. You can actually see the cosmic energy building up which makes timing your release more intuitive. His W shield has this purple glow that's super visible in messy fights, and I've saved myself from so many ignites because I could track when it'd pop. The ult is probably the biggest diff though. That cosmic trail behind you makes it easier to judge your turning radius, and enemies seem to panic more when they see that galaxy effect barreling toward them. Had a dragon fight yesterday where their Jinx literally flashed into pit trying to dodge my ult because the visuals made it look wider than it actually is.

Compared to other Sion skins like Worldbreaker, this one's purely cosmetic but the visual clarity actually helps. The death passive feels less clunky too with those space particles showing your attack range better. And that recall where he floats up into space? Worth getting killed in lane just to watch it sometimes. At 1350 RP it's not cheap, but if you're spamming Sion in ranked, the cleaner animations alone make it worth considering.

Is Cosmic Paladin Sion worth it? If you're a Sion main who wants something fresh without sacrificing clarity, absolutely. The skin won't make you int less, but at least you'll look good doing it.
