Cosmic Blade Master Yi

Cosmic Blade Master Yi completely changes how his Q feels during teamfights, and after 80 games with this skin I'm convinced it's giving me a slight edge. The Alpha Strike animation reads so much cleaner than base or even PROJECT, making it easier to track where you'll end up when bouncing between targets. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to dodge three ults just because the visual clarity let me process the Q pathing instantly instead of guessing like I used to.

The Wuju Style activation is probably the smoothest animation cancel I've experienced on any Yi skin. Compared to Eternal Sword which feels a bit clunky, Cosmic Blade lets you weave autos between abilities without that weird stutter. His ult transformation into that cosmic form is insane too, though the glowing trail can tilt enemies into focusing you harder. Worth the 1350 RP? For Yi mains absolutely, but casual players might not notice the difference enough to justify it.

What really sold me was tower diving with this skin. The E true damage has this purple cosmic effect that's subtle enough not to block your vision but clear enough to know when it's active. I've played around 80 games now and my winrate went up 4% just from better Q tracking alone. Is Cosmic Blade Master Yi worth it compared to other Master Yi skins? If you're serious about climbing with Yi, this skin actually helps your mechanics. But if you just want something pretty, PROJECT or Eternal Sword have more flashy effects. This one's purely cosmetic technically, but the cleaner animations definitely help in clutch moments.
