Been using Conqueror Nautilus for about 50 games now after grabbing it during the event, and I've gotta say this skin hits different compared to other Nautilus skins. The whole gladiator vibe actually works way better than I expected on our big anchor boy.
The Q feels insanely smooth compared to base skin, like the hook animation has this cleaner windup that makes it easier to predict where it's going. Your W shield looks sick with the golden glow, but more importantly it's way easier to track when it's about to pop in teamfights. And the ult is probably the best part since you can actually see the shockwave traveling better than something like AstroNautilus where everything blends together. Had this crazy dragon fight yesterday where their ADC tried to flash my ult but the visual clarity on this skin made it super obvious they were still in range, ended up being a clean ace for us.
Comparing this to my old favorite Worldbreaker, Conqueror just feels more responsive overall. The auto attack animations don't feel as clunky which helps when you're trying to proc aftershock in lane trades. Is Conqueror Nautilus worth it though? For 975 RP it's definitely not pay to win or anything, but the smoother animations genuinely help with timing. Maybe it's just me being used to it now but I swear my hook accuracy went up like 10 percent.
If you're a Nautilus main who plays him regularly, this skin's worth picking up. The visual improvements alone make those long support games less tilting when your ADC decides to int. My experience with Conqueror Nautilus has been nothing but positive, easily becoming my go to over the five other skins I own.
