Candy King Ivern

Been maining Ivern since season 8 and after 500k mastery points across all his skins, I can honestly say Candy King is the one that makes me feel like I'm actually making a difference in fights. The Sugar Rush theme completely transforms how the champion feels to play, and my friends keep asking why my shields look so much cleaner than theirs.

The Q feels insanely smooth compared to base skin, with the candy cane root having a clearer hitbox that makes landing those max range snares way more consistent. But the real game changer is Daisy. She's this massive gingerbread monster that enemies actually respect in teamfights, probably because her knockup animation is so much more visible than Dunkmaster's basketball court effect. During a baron fight yesterday, the enemy Kai'Sa literally flashed away from Daisy's third hit because the candy coating makes it super obvious when she's about to pop someone up. The bushes are worth mentioning too since they're these colorful lollipop gardens that somehow feel less clunky to place around objectives.

Is Candy King Ivern worth it compared to other Ivern skins? Absolutely, especially if you're tired of the base animations feeling sluggish. The 1350 RP price might seem steep when Dunkmaster exists, but the competitive advantage from clearer visuals alone makes it worth. This isn't pay to win exactly, but enemies definitely react differently to the candy theme animations, and that split second of hesitation when they see giant Daisy charging at them can be the diff between a won and lost teamfight. If you're serious about climbing with Ivern, this skin will make those clutch plays feel more responsive.
