Grabbed Brolaf from a mystery chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much from this meme skin. After about 40 games though, this thing's actually become my go-to over Pentakill and even Butcher. The voice lines alone make losing lane bearable, but there's more to it than just the comedy factor.

The Q axe feels way cleaner than base Olaf, probably because of the beer keg animation that's easier to track in teamfights. His W doesn't just glow red anymore, you get this satisfying chug animation that makes timing your all-ins feel more intuitive. But the real game changer is the ult. That "BROMACIA!" shout is so loud and distinct that enemies actually react faster, which sounds bad but I've been using it to bait flashes before I even commit to the dive. Last night I literally won a dragon fight because their ADC panicked and flashed over the wall when I popped ult from brush, giving my team the 4v5.

Compared to other Olaf skins like Dragonslayer, Brolaf feels less clunky overall. The auto attack animations flow better when you're trying to CS under tower, and the E animation cancel feels more responsive when you're chasing down that fed Vayne. Is Brolaf worth it at 1820 RP? If you're an Olaf main who plays him regularly, absolutely. The skin's aged surprisingly well for something from 2010, and while it's not pay-to-win, the clearer animations definitely help in cluttered fights. My experience with Brolaf convinced me to keep it over refunding for something newer. Sometimes the old classics just hit different.
