After 55 games with Boom Boom Blitzcrank, I'm honestly surprised how much this skin grew on me compared to other Blitzcrank skins in my collection. The boxing theme feels natural on our metal boy, and while it's not groundbreaking tech wise, there's something satisfying about the way it plays out in game.

The Q hook has this subtle boxing glove wind up that actually makes the animation feel smoother somehow. Your W speed boost gets these little dust clouds that remind me of old cartoons, which sounds cringe but good when you're chasing down that fed ADC. But the real difference is the E knockup, where you throw an actual uppercut that connects way cleaner than base skin. I remember this one dragon fight where I flashed in for a three man knockup and the uppercut animation was so clear my team instantly followed up. We probably would've won that fight anyway, but the visual clarity definitely helped coordinate the engage.

Compared to my previous favorite iBlitzcrank, Boom Boom feels less clunky overall. The recall where he shadowboxes and hits the speed bag is worth the 520 RP alone if you're into that aesthetic. Is Boom Boom Blitzcrank worth it though? For support mains who play him regularly, absolutely. It's purely cosmetic, no pay to win advantages, but the animations genuinely feel more responsive than half his other skins.

My experience with Boom Boom Blitzcrank convinced me it's one of his better options. Not essential if you're happy with base, but if you're gonna grab one Blitz skin and don't want to spend 1350 on Space Groove, this delivers solid value.
