Bloodstone Lissandra

Picked this up after getting absolutely destroyed by a Lissandra using it in my promos last month, and after 55 games I can safely say the Bloodstone version hits different than her other options. The crimson effects make your Q feel more threatening somehow, like the ice shards have actual weight behind them when you're poking in lane. But the real game changer is how clean the E claw looks against river terrain compared to base Lissandra where I'd sometimes lose track of it during hectic fights.

The ult animation deserves its own paragraph because it's probably the best visual upgrade in the entire Bloodstone series. When you self cast during a tower dive, that blood crystal formation is impossible to miss for both you and your team, making coordination way smoother. I remember this one dragon fight where we were behind and I caught their fed ADC with a flash W into ult combo, and my jungler instantly knew to follow up because the Bloodstone effects are that much clearer than something like Dark Ice Lissandra which can blend into the pit walls. And the passive proc visibility actually helps you track who's about to get frozen without squinting at health bars.

Is Bloodstone Lissandra worth it compared to other Lissandra skins? For 975 RP it's not just cosmetic, the cleaner animations genuinely help in ranked. Program Lissandra might have cooler sound effects but Bloodstone wins on clarity every time. If you're a mid main who plays her regularly, this skin makes those clutch engages feel more responsive. The only downside is everyone knows you mean business when you lock it in.
