Blood Moon Zed

Been maining Zed since season 7 and Blood Moon is probably the cleanest skin in his entire collection after spamming it for around 80 games this split. The Q shurikens feel way more responsive than base skin and even Championship Zed, with zero delay between cast and projectile appearing. Your W shadow placement has this satisfying blood effect that makes spacing easier in lane trades, and the ult pop feels insane when you delete their ADC.

Last night I tower dove a fed Jinx who was sitting on two items while I only had Eclipse. The R animation is so smooth that I could instantly W behind her for the triple shuriken combo before she even reacted. Compared to Galaxy Slayer which I used for 200+ games, Blood Moon's animations flow better between combos. The death mark explosion has perfect clarity too, you always know exactly when it'll pop without counting seconds. And the recall animation where he meditates with the blood moon behind him? Pure eye candy that never gets old.

Is Blood Moon Zed worth it compared to other Zed skins? Absolutely. It's not pay to win but the cleaner animations genuinely help with combos. The skin aged perfectly since release and still looks better than newer 1350 RP skins. My only complaint is the chromas aren't great but the base red theme fits Zed's assassin vibe perfectly anyway.

If you're learning Zed or already main him, this skin will make your gameplay feel smoother. The visual clarity alone makes it worth grabbing next time it's in your shop. Best value in his skin lineup besides maybe Shockblade for budget players.
