Blood Moon Talon

Blood Moon Talon completely changes how his kit feels compared to other Talon skins, and after 50 games with it, I'm honestly shocked more people don't talk about this. The W animation feels insanely smooth compared to base skin, almost like there's less startup frames before the blades fly out. When you're trying to proc passive in lane trades, that split second matters more than you'd think. His Q dash has this red trail that makes it way easier to track in teamfights too, which sounds minor but actually helps when you're trying to combo properly while everyone's ulting at dragon.

Speaking of dragon fights, I had this game yesterday where we were behind and needed to steal. The Blood Moon ult invisibility has this subtle red mist effect that blends perfectly with the river lighting, and I swear the enemy support didn't see me coming until I was already on their fed ADC. Compare that to Enduring Sword where the blue particles basically announce your position, and it's night and day. The E animation cancel into Q feels more responsive too, probably because the visual cues line up better with the actual hitbox timing.

Is Blood Moon Talon worth it at 1350 RP though? If you're a Talon main who plays him regularly, absolutely. It's not pay to win exactly, but the cleaner animations definitely help with combos. The recall is pretty cringe but good in its own way, and the sound effects don't get old even after spamming games. For anyone who wants their Talon gameplay to feel less clunky, this skin delivers way more than SSW or even Withered Rose in terms of pure functionality.
