Blood Moon Kennen

Been spamming Blood Moon Kennen for about 55 games now after grabbing it on sale, and this skin completely changes how his kit feels compared to other Kennen skins I own. The Q shuriken has this crisp red trail that makes it way easier to track in teamfights, especially when you're weaving autos between throws. His W passive mark shows up as this blood red symbol that's actually clearer than Super Kennen's lightning effect, and the active burst has better visibility when you're trying to proc multiple marks during a chaotic dragon fight.

The ult is where Blood Moon really shines though. That demonic circle is probably the cleanest animation Kennen has, way less clunky than base skin's lightning storm that sometimes feels delayed. Last night I dove their fed ADC under tower and the ult radius was so clear that I could perfectly position myself at max range while still getting the stun off. Compare that to Karate Kennen where I sometimes misjudge the edge of my ult because the dojo effects blend into the ground textures on certain parts of the map.

Is Blood Moon Kennen worth it? Absolutely, especially at 975 RP. The E dash feels more responsive with that blood trail effect, making it easier to dodge skillshots when you're trying to flank. And the recall where he meditates with floating kunai is just insane compared to his goofy base recall. This isn't pay to win but it's definitely pay to play better since the visual clarity helps you land more consistent combos. My experience with Blood Moon Kennen has been nothing but positive, and I'd recommend it over any other skin in his collection except maybe Infernal if you prefer orange effects.
