Blood Moon Diana

A child chosen by the Blood Moon itself, Diana's mind has been opened to the lost ways of the cult—unknown to its leaders, and even the slavering demons beyond. Hers is a truth no one can know, and a fated metamorphosis beyond men and the gods.

Been maining Diana for three seasons now with around 500k mastery points, and Blood Moon Diana is honestly the skin I keep coming back to after trying everything else in her collection. My friends always ask why I don't just stick with Dark Waters or Lunar Goddess, but after 90+ games with Blood Moon, I can't imagine playing without it.

The Q feels so much cleaner compared to base Diana or even Infernal. That red crescent just pops against any background, making it way easier to track in messy teamfights. Her E pull has this satisfying blood effect that makes the range feel more readable than other skins. But the real difference is the ult. When you're about to pop off with that R, the swirling blood vortex gives you this insane visual feedback that just feels more responsive than any other skin. I remember this one dragon fight where we were behind, and I managed to land a perfect five man ult purely because I could track my positioning better with the clearer animation.

Compared to other Diana skins like Prestige or Dragonslayer, Blood Moon hits different. It's not trying too hard with flashy effects that might tilt you when you're behind. The recall animation is probably the cleanest she has, and at 1350 RP it's worth every penny if you're serious about climbing with her. This isn't pay to win exactly, but the visual clarity definitely helps in those clutch moments.

If you're a Diana main wondering which skin to invest in, Blood Moon Diana is the one. Maybe wait for Your Shop if you're patient, but I'd buy it again full price knowing what I know now.
