Blackfrost Renekton

Picked up Blackfrost Renekton from a mystery chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much since I mainly run Pool Party for the BM recall. After about 35 games though, this skin's grown on me way more than I thought it would.

The W feels incredibly smooth compared to other Renekton skins, especially when you're trying to weave it between autos during trades. That icy effect makes it super clear when your shield's up, which actually helped me win a close dragon fight yesterday where I barely survived with 50 HP. The ult transformation is probably the best part though. You actually feel like a raid boss when you pop it, and the frost particles make it easier to see your fury generation compared to base skin. But the Q animation feels a bit slower than Pool Party, which threw me off at first when trying to CS under tower.

Is Blackfrost Renekton worth it compared to other Renekton skins? For 1350 RP, it's definitely more than just cosmetic. The cleaner animations on W and R genuinely help in teamfights when everything gets chaotic. Pool Party still wins for the tilt factor with that recall spam, but Blackfrost has become my tryhard skin when I need to pop off in ranked. The E dash feels more responsive too, especially when you're chaining it through minions for an all in.

If you're a Renekton main looking for a skin that actually improves clarity while looking sick, this one's worth grabbing. Just don't expect it to fix your mechanics if you're still learning the croc. The skin's good, but it won't stop you from inting if you dive level 2 without fury.
