Black Scourge Singed

After putting in around 100 games with Black Scourge Singed, I gotta say this skin hits different than I expected. The plague doctor aesthetic isn't just for show, it actually makes my poison trail feel more menacing when I'm running down enemies. Where base Singed looks kinda goofy, this one makes you look like you mean business when you're proxying behind their turret.

The Q poison trail has this sick green smoke effect that's way easier to track compared to other Singed skins, especially Surfer Singed where the trail sometimes blends with river. His W slow puddle gets this darker tint that I think makes it slightly harder for enemies to notice in teamfights, which is probably just cosmetic but feels like an advantage. And the ult animation where he drinks from that plague vial instead of his normal potion just feels smoother somehow. During a baron fight yesterday, I popped ult and ghost to run through their entire team, and the combination of the darker model with those green effects made it super clear where my poison was spreading while I was weaving through their backline.

Is Black Scourge Singed worth it compared to other Singed skins? For 750 RP it's actually solid value. The model change alone makes it better than recolors like Riot Squad, though it doesn't have the personality of Beekeeper or Snow Day. The animations feel less clunky than base skin, especially when you're spam laughing while they chase you. If you're a Singed main looking for something that feels good without breaking the bank, this one's definitely worth grabbing. Just don't expect legendary tier effects, but for what it is, you're getting a clean skin that won't tilt you after 200 games.
