Bilgerat Rumble

Grabbed Bilgerat Rumble from a mystery chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much from this 520 RP skin. After about 55 games though, I'm actually impressed with how different it feels from base Rumble. The pirate theme completely changes the vibe of playing this yordle, and compared to other Rumble skins like Super Galaxy, this one has its own charm that grows on you.

The Q flamethrower feels way more responsive than base skin, probably because the cannon animations are cleaner. Your E harpoons have this satisfying thunk when they land that makes CSing feel better somehow. And the ult is where this skin really shines. During a baron fight yesterday, I dropped The Equalizer perfectly because the cannonball visuals are so much clearer than the base rockets. My team instantly knew where to fight and we aced them. The enemy Yasuo was tilted in all chat about getting melted by a "meme pirate skin" which made it even better.

Is Bilgerat Rumble worth it? For 520 RP, absolutely. It's not pay to win but the ult clarity alone makes teamfights easier to navigate. My experience with Bilgerat Rumble compared to Badlands Baron (which I mained before) is that it's less intimidating but more fun. The recall animation where he fires cannons everywhere is insane value for such a cheap skin. Sure, it doesn't have the flashy particles of newer skins, but for Rumble mains who want something different without breaking the bank, this skin delivers. Maybe not essential if you already own Super Galaxy, but if you're looking for a budget option that still feels good to play, Bilgerat is your best bet.
