Got Bee'Maw from a chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much since I usually run Battlecast or Pug'Maw. After about 50 games with it though, this skin completely changed how I feel about playing Kog in teamfights.

The W feels so much cleaner animation-wise compared to base skin. When you're kiting at max range, the bee particles make it way easier to track your autos during chaotic fights. I remember this one dragon fight where their Yasuo tried to dive me through river and I could perfectly space my autos thanks to how visible the projectiles are. The ult is where this skin really shines though. Those honey bombs have this satisfying plop sound that makes landing them feel better, and the AOE indicator is probably the clearest out of all his skins. Even my support commented that they could tell exactly where my ults were landing for once. The passive death animation is actually hilarious too, turning into a little bee that chases enemies makes inting slightly less tilting.

Compared to other Kog'Maw skins like Arcanist or Deep Sea, Bee'Maw sits in this weird spot where it's both goofy and competitively viable. The skin is purely cosmetic, no pay-to-win advantages, but the visual clarity on abilities genuinely helps in ranked. For 1350 RP it's worth it if you're a Kog main who wants something different from the serious skins. But if you already own Battlecast, maybe wait for a sale since that one still has the best auto attack feel. Is Bee'Maw worth it for casual players? If you appreciate dumb humor mixed with solid visuals, absolutely grab it.
